How is that for alliteration? Derek and Amanda are not only amazing people with an amazing concept they are fantastic hosts.

They run a farm to fork mobile kitchen focusing on local and sustainable food. Everything they serve on is compostable plates and they even use green cleaning products.

The Washington Post recently did a story on them which you can read here.

Legume is one of the coolest down – to – earth eateries I have been to lately. It came well recommended by friends and it certainly exceeded my expectations.
